Notice from NS Department of Public Works – Enhanced Bidding has Launched with the Sept 23, 2026 Letting
Enhanced bidding for Nova Scotia Department of Public Works highway construction contracts is now live on BidX.com.
The September 23, 2026 letting is the first to use the new enhanced bidding workflow. Contractors can now access and submit proposals directly through BidX.com using a fully browser-based process. AASHTOWare Project Bids™ Bid software is no longer required for these lettings.
Contractors are encouraged to log in to BidX.com, familiarize themselves with the new process, and ensure their Infotech® Digital ID and security key are properly set up before submitting a bid.
